Please read our returns, availability and cancellation policies carefully before ordering. By placing an order with Wicked Curves, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Shipping

All items are shipped via UPS to all 50 states and Canada. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPOs. Some locations may incur higher shipping fees. For orders over $200, free or reduced-rate ground shipping is available.

Payments & Sales Tax

All payments are processed via Paypal. Payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), bank debit cards, checking account or Paypal account balance. It is not necessary to sign up for a Paypal account to shop at Wicked Curves.

Tennessee residents pay 7% state sales tax.

Return Policy

In general, items ordered from Wicked Curves are non-returnable. This is due to the return conditions imposed by our suppliers, as well as the fact that we primarily sell intimate apparel, which is non-returnable under Federal law. See below for more details and exceptions.

Shipping Times

Please allow at least 4 weeks for your order to arrive. All Vollers items will ship separately from the rest of your order.

Stock and Availability

Most items ordered from Vollers will need to be manufactured and shipped from England. On average, this process take about 3-4 weeks. If you need your item before a certain date, we recommend you order at least 6-8 weeks beforehand.

While we will strive to get your item to you as soon as possible, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Returns

Vollers products are non-returnable. Please be certain that you have ordered the correct size, style and fabric. If you are in doubt or need assistance, please contact us before ordering!

Defective goods and shipping damages can be exchanged for the same item. A return authorization must be requested and the merchandise returned to the manufacturer within 7 days of receipt. Return shipments must be insured with tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur a 15% restocking fee. This is the manufacturer's policy, and we cannot allow any exceptions.

Most Allure items will ship within 2-3 days. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive.

Stock and Availability

While we strive to insure that our catalog reflects current item availability, please be aware that items may go out of stock or be discontinued at any time. In the event that this occurs, we will contact you regarding an alternate selection. Orders may be delayed until we receive a response. Refunds for unavailable items, including applicable taxes or shipping, will be processed as soon as possible.

Returns

Returns accepted for unused, non-intimate apparel only. By law, intimate apparel is non-returnable. This includes thongs and g-strings, bras, teddies, and all lingerie. A return authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt. All exchanges will be charged a $5 fee in addition to any applicable shipping charges.
